Twinlet builds compact, source-grounded creator assistants from public creator content and related metadata. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Twinlet is currently an early beta product. Some features are limited to approved creators, admins, or test accounts.

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, profile image, account identifiers, organization identifiers, and authentication session state when you sign in.
  • Beta interest and support information that you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, creator channel, message contents, and related follow-up context.
  • Usage and product activity, such as pages visited, source or video interactions, search queries, watch history, access-key actions, Studio actions, and diagnostic events needed to operate the product.
  • Public source information, such as creator names, public channel metadata, public video or article metadata, summaries, citations, source links, and public content-derived embeddings or indexes.
  • Technical information, such as IP address, user agent, device and browser details, timestamps, cookies, logs, request metadata, error reports, and security audit records.
  • Provide, secure, debug, and improve Twinlet and its source-grounded assistant features.
  • Authenticate users, enforce creator/admin access controls, and protect private or unapproved data.
  • Respond to beta requests, support messages, operational issues, and abuse or safety reports.
  • Generate and evaluate source-grounded answers, previews, citations, readiness checks, and creator/admin workflows.
  • Monitor reliability, prevent misuse, investigate security events, and comply with legal obligations.

Twinlet may process your questions, prompts, selected sources, public creator content, and related metadata with retrieval, ranking, embedding, transcription, and language-model systems. We use this processing to produce source-grounded previews, answers, diagnostics, and product workflows.

Twinlet should not be used to submit secrets, private credentials, regulated personal data, or confidential third-party information unless we have separately agreed in writing that the product supports that use.

  • With service providers that help us run authentication, hosting, databases, storage, analytics, email, model processing, security, and support.
  • With approved workspace, organization, creator, or admin users when the product workflow requires shared access.
  • When required to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, or investigate abuse.
  • In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of business assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

Twinlet may display public creator names, public source links, public metadata, excerpts, summaries, and citations. Listing public source-grounded material does not mean the creator endorses Twinlet or that Twinlet owns the underlying source content.

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, playback behavior, product state, and diagnostics. You can control cookies through your browser, but blocking required cookies may prevent signed-in features from working.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Twinlet, maintain security and audit records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve the product. Public source-derived records may remain available while the related public source workflow is active, unless removed or restricted under an applicable product, legal, or safety process.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for protecting your account credentials and access keys.

  • You may contact us at hello@twinlet.com to request access, correction, deletion, or export of information associated with your account, subject to identity verification and legal limits.
  • You may sign out, revoke access keys, adjust browser cookie settings, and avoid submitting sensitive information.
  • Creators may contact us about source visibility, ownership, correction, or removal requests for Twinlet-controlled product surfaces.

Twinlet is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
