Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Twinlet. By using Twinlet, you agree to these Terms. If you use Twinlet for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Beta product

Twinlet is an early beta product. Features may be incomplete, limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Beta access may be approved, denied, paused, or revoked at our discretion.

Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials, sessions, and access keys secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including use by anyone who has access to your credentials or keys.
• Creator, admin, Studio, API, and MCP access may be limited by role, workspace, organization, ownership claim, source visibility, readiness, or operational status.
• You may not share access in a way that bypasses Twinlet permissions or exposes private, unapproved, or restricted content.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Twinlet to violate law, infringe rights, harass, abuse, deceive, or harm others.
• Do not submit secrets, passwords, private credentials, payment data, regulated personal data, or confidential third-party information unless we have separately agreed in writing that the product supports that use.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape restricted routes, probe security, overload infrastructure, reverse engineer protected systems, or interfere with the service.
• Do not use Twinlet output to impersonate creators or imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or representation where none exists.
• Do not remove, obscure, or misrepresent citations, source links, provenance, warnings, or product boundary notices.

Source content and creator rights

Twinlet may index, summarize, cite, and link to public creator content. The underlying source content remains owned by its respective owners. Twinlet does not grant you rights to source content beyond what the source owner or applicable law allows.

Creators and rights holders may contact us about source visibility, correction, ownership, or removal requests.

AI output

Twinlet output is generated from automated systems and may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unsupported by the cited sources. You are responsible for reviewing output and source citations before relying on it.

Twinlet is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial, safety, or compliance advice.

Your content and feedback

You retain rights you have in prompts, questions, messages, feedback, creator materials, and other content you submit. You grant Twinlet permission to host, process, transmit, display, analyze, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.

Twinlet ownership

Twinlet and its software, interfaces, models, workflows, indexes, design, trademarks, and other product materials are owned by Twinlet or its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights.

Third-party services

Twinlet may depend on third-party authentication, hosting, storage, database, analytics, video, model, and API providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Twinlet or others, misuse the product, or if continued operation is not commercially, legally, or technically practical. You may stop using Twinlet at any time.

Disclaimers

Twinlet is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Twinlet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for claims relating to Twinlet will not exceed the greater of 100 US dollars or the amount you paid us for Twinlet in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Twinlet from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Twinlet, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date. Continued use of Twinlet after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
